我發聲哀告耶和華，發聲懇求耶和華。

我在他面前吐露我的苦情，陳說我的患難。

我的靈在我裡面發昏的時候，你知道我的道路。在我行的路上，敵人為我暗設網羅。

求你向我右邊觀看，因為沒有人認識我；我無處避難，也沒有人眷顧我。

耶和華啊，我曾向你哀求。我說：你是我的避難所；在活人之地，你是我的福分。

求你側耳聽我的呼求，因我落到極卑之地；求你救我脫離逼迫我的人，因為他們比我強盛。

求你領我出離被囚之地，我好稱讚你的名。義人必環繞我，因為你是用厚恩待我。

142:1	[hb5]	〔大衛在洞裡作的訓誨詩、乃是祈禱。〕我發聲哀告耶和華．發聲懇求耶和華。
	[kjv]	I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication.
	[bbe]	<Maschil. Of David. A prayer when he was in the hole of the rock.> The sound of my cry went up to the Lord; with my voice I made my prayer for grace to the Lord.
142:2	[hb5]	我在他面前吐露我的苦情．陳說我的患難。
	[kjv]	I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble.
	[bbe]	I put all my sorrows before him; and made clear to him all my trouble.
142:3	[hb5]	我的靈在我裡面發昏的時候、你知道我的道路。在我行的路上、敵人為我暗設網羅。
	[kjv]	When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.
	[bbe]	When my spirit is overcome, your eyes are on my goings; nets have been secretly placed in the way in which I go.
142:4	[hb5]	求你向我右邊觀看、因為沒有人認識我．我無處避難、也沒有人眷顧我。
	[kjv]	I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.
	[bbe]	Looking to my right side, I saw no man who was my friend: I had no safe place; no one had any care for my soul.
142:5	[hb5]	耶和華阿、我曾向你哀求．我說、你是我的避難所．在活人之地、你是我的福分。
	[kjv]	I cried unto thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.
	[bbe]	I have made my cry to you, O Lord; I have said, You are my safe place, and my heritage in the land of the living.
142:6	[hb5]	求你側耳聽我的呼求、因我落到極卑之地．求你救我脫離逼迫我的人、因為他們比我強盛。
	[kjv]	Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.
	[bbe]	Give ear to my cry, for I am made very low: take me out of the hands of my haters, for they are stronger than I.
142:7	[hb5]	求你領我出離被囚之地、我好稱讚你的名．義人必環繞我、因為你是用厚恩待我。
	[kjv]	Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.
	[bbe]	Take my soul out of prison, so that I may give praise to your name: the upright will give praise because of me; for you have given me a full reward.

智慧書／詩篇
聖經中的「詩篇」，其實就是古代人所寫的歌，有的是用唸的、有的是用唱的，會在不同場合吟唱。學者分析，這些詩篇，大概可以分為1.讚美上帝的作品。2.個人禱告的作品。3.認罪悔改的作品。4.會眾大家一同禱告讚美的作品。這些作品都是在描寫當時猶太人，要進入聖殿時的心情。有時事情很順利，到聖殿向上帝感恩、有時心情很鬱悶，要去聖殿祈求上帝的幫忙。這種文化與我們華人有何相同，又有何不同呢？其實差不多哩！劉三要在這個系列與大家一起來了解這些充滿智慧的詩歌作品！
